"The pool and hot tub both were not working. Every ice machine on the premises was broke. The keys didn’t work. I had the change rooms because my non smoking room smelled so bad of cigarettes. The hallways smelled bad. Our new room smelled fine. Our curtains were broken and so the sun poured in early in the morning. Honestly if it wouldn’t have been 11pm we would have left. I will never stay there again or recommend it."
