"No geral, tive uma ótima experiência no hotel. O quarto é confortável, a limpeza impecável e o pessoal do hotel é extremamente prestativo e atencioso. O café da manhã também é bom, com boas opções e um ambiente agradável. A única situação que me deixou desconfortável foi relacionada ao atendimento via WhatsApp da flatperfeito.com. Solicitei um cobertor por conta do clima frio e a resposta que recebi foi em um tom um pouco crítico, como se eu não tivesse lido as normas expostas. Fizeram questão...
