"Stayed at this hotel twice but this time wasn’t that great. Was offered a room upgrade several days before and was never told that the room I requested wasn’t available until I checked in which would have been really helpful to know beforehand. Waited almost 45 minutes in the check in line. Watched people in front of me get offered a drink upon check in and I was not offered one. Valet took upwards to 30 minutes to both order and retrieve vehicle. Got assistance with luggage upon check in but...
