"We had another apartment booked, but 4 days before our holiday it became unavailable due to maintenance issues so we had alternative accommodation offered. On arrival there was beer bottles and rubbish all over the car park entrance. With some difficulty as it was getting dark, I found the key-box. It is chained to a drainpipe at knee height, in a gutter that smells of urine. Then I had real trouble getting into the flat. "To be honest although the apartment was really nice we didn’t have hardly any knives and forks and spoons for 5 people, the fridge was filthy and the cooking equipment was old worn out and filthy. For nearly £300 for one night we expected better "
