"Hotel was very nice. It might be unfair to review as we came from the Disney Adventure and nothing can compare to the service you get there. When we arrived we were greeted by a man behind the desk, he was friendly and helpful, but when we arrived he complained that he was supposed to finish his shift, but had to stay now we had arrived. That made us feel pretty lousy and wasn't a good first impression.
Counter staff seemed very busy, almost like we were interrupting them when we asked for towels for the pool. One lady literally started typing at her computer again with one hand as she handed us the towels with the other, all without making eye contact.
All other staff were friendly.
I don't think I would stay here again."
