"The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working."

"I really enjoyed my time at this property. This is a very nice location. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice and also the food at the restaurants are very good. I only have one complaint about this place, which is a pretty legitimate complaint. So basically I spilled a soda on the table and I used the towel to clean up my spill and of course the soda was a Pepsi so the towel is now brown because I had to clean up the spill and they charged me eight dollars/500 pesos because the...

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful although when we reached the previously booked room we found the AC wasn't working so they found a different room and they didn't have a key to open it so they found us another room , a deluxe suite so we thought oh wow this is great until we had to flush the toilet and needed maintenance to come . The plunger was short lived and toilet didn't flush again."

"The hotel is very close to the MRT which is very handy given the traffic in Quezon City. The room itself is huge but very simple with some things broken like the tv and the toilet seat. There was no daily room service but thd staff were nice enough to bring things I needed to the room."
