"Check in was simple. The room was clean and comfortable. The location in Heavenly Village next to restaurants and steps from the gondola couldn’t have been easier. The hotel amenities were wonderful. Would definitely stay here again on a ski trip!"

"The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect...

"The resort was wonderful with free wine tasting every night, good breakfast, and a nightly activity. The location is perfect just a 3 min walk to the Village and gondola. The kitchen is dated and needs more utensils and the family room is a bit stark but it was fine for our short stay. "
