Really beautiful hotel with thoughtful details. The staff was nice enough and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. You aren’t permitted to wear the really cool pajamas and robes into the common areas or breakfast though which was unusual for Japan. Overall fantastic value and lovely place.

Friendly staffs, neat and clean rooming, modern, confit facilities good for the tourists. Will come back again.

The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

Great location for air plane spotting. The lounge at 8F is awesome, can enjoy the view and have some drinks. Place is brand new, in perfect condition. Parking is convenient, and plenty.

This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.

First, the staff was extremely kind and helpful - they went above and beyond to help with an external issue I had upon arrival despite the fact I hadn’t even checked in yet. The room was beautiful and clean, and the lounge was just as nice with delicious snacks and great views. I didn’t get to try out the pool or exercise room, but great to have a gym in a Japanese hotel. Spacious and comfortable studio apartment (note, not 2 bedroom apartment as the room description stated, but the photos were accurate). Everything was clean and worked well, the beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet. Would stay here again when visiting Naha.

We chose this property as we wanted to be in the center of the action and it did not disappoint. A 3 minute walk around the corner and you enter Heiwadori, one of the many shopping streets off of the main Kokusaidori. Lots of shopping for Okinawan specific goods and foods. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a huge walk-in shower/tub combo. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. The Onsen was wonderful. Had a blast with the family. Would recommend to anyone who wants to relax and have a fun family stay!
