"Very, very clean. They put effort into making it look nice. Staff is very helpful. I got to Oceanside early, most places have inaccurate check in times online, so I stopped in to ask, they told me and must have looked at what room I had and immediately sent someone there because they called me about 15 minutes later to say I was all set to check in. From Massachusetts, any time I’m in Oceanside, I stay here."

"Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway."

"They do not do housekeeping and found some insects in the room. Nothing major, but I would have appreciated it if they had done housekeeping. In the middle of nowhere, with no good coffee shops nearby."

"Reasonably clean property, a little run-down but it was an affordable and appropriate place to stay for a short night. I would not recommend for its luxury or amenities, but I would recommend for its functionality and free parking. The staff were also kind and helpful, they allowed for early check-in and were very accommodating. The price was also the best in the area, so I recommend it for its affordability!"
