"Overall a really great hotel in a great location. Really quiet despite being busy & in a busy area. Lovely, helpful staff. Only negative issues - the room was way too hot & using the 'aircon' only seemed to make it worse! Breakfast setup on the last morning (when we were tight for time for a flight) was delayed. Some items missing or finished each day, but these are fairly minor issues and we would certainly stay there again - thanks"

"Comfortable bed, good size room well equipped with fridge snd chilled milk and water. Bathroom and showed are larger than the typical London Hotel would have. Friendly staff who care about the hotel guest. I’ll be back. 10/10."
