"The room was clean and very cute however there was no one at the front office when we got there and their maintenance man saw us in the parking lot asking for our contact info without ever telling us who he was. He was trying to be helpful but I except someone to be available at the office upon check in. In addition there was work being done in the room above us and all kinds of of banging happening until 11 at night and then again starting at 6 AM"

"Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Additionally, this specific chalet, has 3 designated parking spots which was confirmed with the staff. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. The entire place was nice and clean...

"Ridge Sierra apart/hotel was exactly as described. It's an apartment operated like a hotel. Located on the back side of Tahoe, it doesn't offer lake views, but the sweeping valley view was impressive.  It was a perfect fit for our group of six and the 11:00 a.m. checkout gave us plenty of time for a leisurely morning and breakfast with our four teens. "It was hard to sleep because there was so much light in the room ( nightlight built into the wall and a blinking phone that could not be turned off, besides the usual tv, microwave and other device lights)and outside of the window of the outside door to the room."
