"Absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Chiang Mai! Beautiful property, elegant rooms, and exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. The location was excellent, and every detail reflected the hotel’s luxury standards. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!"

"My wife and i have been staying here for over 20 years.At least once every year and sometimes twice a year.We even request the same room which the hotel always obliges us.It is a second home to us and it is always good to see the same staff each time we return I would like to make a particular mention of Mrs Sumerti and Mrs Aryati who look after the magnificent breakfast service.All in all returning each year is something we eagerly look forward to."

"My room was comfortable and I liked the daily refill of water bottles. Lots of dining options and good food. Nice breakfast buffet. The resort is massive, which at times made it feel impersonal."
