This place is truly a paradise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff at Puri Sebali were incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the food absolutely amazing!

Room was great location perfect

Everything was perfect, we fell in love with the staff, especially Risky. The room was incredible, clean, peaceful, beautiful view and there were so many activities to take part in at the resort.

I overall had a good and enjoyable stay at the Hava, they have a gorgeous facility and you're a bit out of the towns centre but there are shuttles that they provide that take you there. For your money's worth I had expected a bit more. In terms of service, the staff provide great service if you're a short term guest. In my case, I had extended my stay by 11 days (originally booked for 5 nights) and I noticed their demenour change. Other improvements that can be made are: the gym facility - which hardly has any equipment and often busy during morning time of course. The gym is also only open until 6 pm. The rooms are big and comfy with some minor bug issues at times. I also found that the housekeepers weren't very detail oriented and often missed spots that yet required cleaning, and didn't fully restock either despite coming multiple times a day. The staff at the restaurant were probably my favorite; very attentive to dietary needs and providing good service and food. Erpawan, Tarri, Moulia, and Peggy were very delightful to speak to. The food here is also pretty good. They have some very kind and friendly drivers as well. Overall good experience and everyone is good spirited! If anything is ever required, they are always there to assist. I would however recommend treating longer term guests more genuinely though, as some of the front desk staff didn't have consistent behavior.
