"Suarga Padang Padang has a stunning setting, the ocean views from both pools are exceptional at both sunrise and sunset, and waking up to monkeys playing around the pool was a genuinely magical experience we won’t forget. The location is also great, close to plenty of bars and restaurants. That said, a few things could use improvement. The AC only covers the area above the bed, so it runs warm. The tap water is well water, not drinkable, complimentary bottled water is provided but the shower water can leave a lingering smell. There’s no TV in the room, and lighting throughout, including the stairwell at night, is quite dim. Breakfast is included, though coffee and some add ons are charged separately, which felt a bit nickel and dime for the price point. Overall, the natural beauty and setting make this place worth experiencing, just come prepared for a few quirks."

"We were amazed to have access to all 3 hotels as part of the Ayana resort with their amazing pools, rooftop bars, private beach and the SAKA Museum as well. So many activities to choose from, fantastic staff, beautiful room, and so much to do. We loved Luna Rooftop Bar with DJ and amazing views, even more than the Rock Bar which is massive these days compare to 10 years ago..Also loved the peacefulness of the Forest Pool and Bar at Rimba.. a great stay indeed!"

"We were on our honeymoon (at a different hotel) and decided to extend our stay a ONE more day. We wanted a different experience, on a different part of the island, and boy did we get it! The staff was so kind and welcoming, the property was stunning, and the food was fantastic! We loved it soooo much that we extended our trip again, ONE more day after that. I can’t say enough wonderful things, and we are already planning our anniversary trip back next year."

"We loved our stay at Movenpick. Great resort for families. So much to do there and the kids club was great. We even met Jan who kindly introduced himself whilst we were enjoying our buffet breakfast (so many delicious options). The staff there are amazing and represent the beauty of the Balinese people. It was such a great stay. Definitely on the pricier side but well worth it. Our first time in Bali and we’re grateful we stayed at Movenpick during our short time there."

"This is a great hotel and the villa is exquisite, lots of great potential and the staff is the best I have encountered. Unfortunately we had too many ants coming to see us and while they were not in the living spaces, it was still unpleasant to see so many but fast reaction from the hotel."
