"Clean quiet"

"Was a last minute booking a a wonderful surprise!. The owner, Lulu, has created wonderful little surprise in this sweet NE town. Stylish, functional, simple but elegant. Super comfortable room, great location, quiet, yet in town, gorgeous, well-maintained gardens. We will be back!"

"The Inn was beautiful, and the property and surrounding views were lovely and very well maintained. However, I was disappointed the bathroom door did not shut all the way and there was mold in the shower. Their was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest, There was no coffee provided in the rooms, so guests had to go too the common area, only to find decaf coffee and hot chocolate available. "Just stayed the night. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good"

"Very nice."

"Room was comfortable, staff pleasant, breakfast usual hotel …"

"I love staying at this Hotel, staff are super friendly especially my birthday twin Brianna ☺️. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Our room was very clean. They had an excellent breakfast with much to choose from."

"The hotel is one of several small outbuildings, not the grand building pictured. Seemed like it was fairly neglected-coffee pot cord couldn’t reach the outlet, no USB ports, not “estate” quality. The bright spot was the receptionist-friendly and helpful. Not a repeat destination."

"the minute we arrived the host was helpful, and very nice. He even asked if we needed dinner reservations. The room was clean and pristine. the breakfast was excellent. the host was very cordial and helpful. would definitely recommend. would definitely stay again if in that area"

"The property was clean, no bad smells which I hate when there’s a smell in the room. The only thing I always worry about is the bedding. The blanket on the bed is not always clean. Someone slept under that blanket which I have to use. It’s difficult to understand why they changed the sheets and not the blanket."

"Clean spacious room. Staff was very helpful. My only issue is that the sheets were too big for the bed and did not stay on. Otherwise, great stay!"

"For the price it is exactly as you should expect. The room was clean, but needed very minor upgrades. The grounds were in poor condition. But I didn't come here for anything but the basics, bed, shower, and toilet, and that is what I got. I would use them again. Wifi and phone reception were great. Bring your own phone charger and toiletries."
