The house was exactly as described. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is in an older appearing neighborhood but had no issues while there. The host did take a little time to communicate check-in information.

South Hutchinson seems very sad, with many abandoned and boarded-up buildings. I did patronize a couple of businesses, however, and they were friendly and helpful.
