"GOOD PLACE FOR A QUICK STAY. STAFF WERE GREAT"

"I liked overall hotel but room does not include a separate enclosed bathroom. Sink is in room near bed. One sliding door closes across toilet OR across shower. I just prefer a separate bathroom. Staff was wonderful, especially Julio at front desk!"

"We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort."

"Was okay at best. They upcharge on everything. I bought the ocean view room but it was more of a view of the sand and partial ocean. $56 for parking every night. They were testing fire alarms for all 3 days so you couldn’t be in your room for at least 2 hours every day because of the alarm going off constantly. No compensation offered. Food and drinks sub par but super expensive. If you want an umbrella next to beach chair it’s additional charges. Just overall they up charge everything for what should be reasonable. Will not be returning."
