"Second time staying there. Great location if you are in downtown Miami, but more importantly, staff was very helpful. My daughter left her bag with wallet and keys, and the hotel retrieved it. In this day and age, it's refreshing to stay at a place where the staff is honest and helpful. Rooms are very large, and they have everything you need including a full kitchen. but we ate at the poolside restaurant/bar and the food was great. Thank you to the team at the Elsner."

"Look, we had a nice time. I put "OK" for your survey questions which may seem like we didn't enjoy. But, it would be hard to put "Good" for your survey answers. The beach was unusable due to dead, smelly seaweed that permeated the main pool, overall exterior (stairs, pool area, etc.) rooster poop, cigarette butts, etc. I particularly did not like the $65 resort fee per day. That was a surprise expense!"
