"It’s always a wonderful experience whenever my family stays here! The rooms are always clean, and the staff is polite, helpful, and incredibly friendly. One of the things I love most is that the water park never feels overcrowded, making the experience even more enjoyable. We always have such a great time, and I honestly can’t imagine choosing another indoor water park over this one. It’s definitely our family’s favorite!"

"This is a lovely property. It was midweek, so there were very few guests and fewer staff on hand. The cafe was closed, but the events manager made us a cup of coffee. The restaurant and bar are only open on weekends, so I could plan around midweek stays. The check in manager upgraded our room since or original room was tiny."
