"Was the perfect place for us, especially with a little one. We were here for only one night but took full advantage of the lovely cottage. Little fire out back, a movie inside, everything we needed to make dinner and breakfast. Slept very well. Nice walk to the beach and the clamming was great. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you! "First, the cottage was very clean and comfortable. There was an issue with checking in. We were told that early check in was available and that would be great as we were traveling from out of state. When we got there, early check in wasn’t available and we waited for 3 hours until they told us this (communication was difficult). Second, I had a two night stay and signed the rental agreement for two nights, but they overbooked the room one night so we could only stay the first night....

"The place looked nice from the photos but everything seemed cheap which is fine for a short term rental. One sofa was wobbling and the beds were not the greatest. I had concerns about the cleanliness of the dishes. Both bathrooms didn't lock. The patio door didn't work well. I did like how much the kitchen was stocked and the amenities were great. "

"Great little cabin! We enjoyed our stay and loved how close to the beach it was. Communication with the host was easy, the cabin was clean and had good amenities, and the price was right. The beach felt very private despite how huge it is. It was gorgeous and only a short walk away. The cabin had a nice kitchen and living space. My only con is that the walls are very thin, so if anyone snores loudly just be aware that they might want to sleep in the downstairs bedroom and not the upstairs loft."

"Property was quiet and we enjoyed being close to the ocean. The furnishings were inexpensive and worn. The carpeting was old with multiple stains. The ice maker in refrigerator did not work. The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The owner has placed multiple air fresheners in the condos that were very strong and unpleasant."
