Surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and shopping area, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed the ambiance, and the hospitality was excellent throughout my visit."

"Best resort in Miami …….beautiful palms, beautiful entry like no other ; but Overpriced on all the little things. Nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING . Small gym for the number of people Locker rooms , door handles , steamer lighting …. Lot of little things need updating The cabanas at soak are extremely over priced anymore for what you get out of it . Ugly uncomfortable couches inside of the now $600-700 cabanas For the money….. the cabanas hot tub is old and needs serious updating Feels 1995 ish The main hot tub at the pool area for everyone is smaller than most hot tubs at residences. "

"The room had a contemporary style which was very nice. The kitchen area was a pleasant surprise!! Beautifully done and great to have that space. We loved the location which was convenient to meet friends, go to the restaurants, and shopping. The beach is just across the street from the hotel so that was great. The rooftop pool area is also a hidden gem!! Fantastic views. They have a bartender available and nice music. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed having the free bike rental, too! Continental breakfast was decent. Would have been nice if they had real coffee creamer. I went to CVS and brought some back and shared it with the other guests. They were very happy to have it, so please consider offering it. Since the bathroom counter top is so small, it would be nice if there was a shelf or two above the toilet to store our toiletries and other personal items. Also, please provide additional seating in the room. While there was a bistro table with 2 chairs, it would have been nice to have a sofa or some other type of seating. There was one other chair but for a couple, we need at least 2 chairs or a sofa especially since there is plenty of space for it. Overall, we would definitely return!! "
