It's a floating village on the Tonle Sap lake near Siem Reap. Tours can be easily arranged in Siem Reap, however, for me to witness such extreme poverty and zoo-like atmosphere was a sad experience.

Just outside of Siem Reap in Cambodia, take a visit to the floating village on Tonle Sap Lake.
Life on the lake...🚣‍♂️ We went to the Floating Village on Tonle Sap in a small boat which was sailed by a young boy. It was interesting to see the floating communities along the canals. We even saw a floating Catholic Church, small shops, crodile farms, houses and a school. We were told that around 4500 Cambodians live and work there. I left with so many insights and in awe of the kids who were living life in this floating village.
