"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and treated my dog like royalty. I brought him as a pet because he is my wife’s registered service dog, yet he has never been treated that well! I reserved the economy room, which was just fine for one night. The only issue I encountered was the steam heater in the bathroom was on when I checked in and it took it a very long time to cool down. We arrived at the hotel we had specifically booked — chosen for its location and suitability for travelling with dogs — only to be told on arrival that it was closed. Not cancelled in advance. Not communicated beforehand. Just closed. We were then redirected to a completely different hotel 15 minutes away by car. The alternative property was in an entirely different area — busy street, heavy pedestrian traffic, children everywhere — and absolutely not...
