"A lovely family run spot around 15 mins walk out of the chaos of the main central piazza. A short walk to st angelo where we visited a traditional Italian family run restaurant which was very reasonable and had a great vibe"

"Great hotel. Lovely rooms, lovely staff and decent breakfast. Great area to be. Not long walk from anything. Only negative was no laundry unless you went into town which was annoying as we wanted a place with laundry as we didn’t bring enough for 2 weeks holiday. But other than that it was great"

"All the staff were amazing, kind and happy! I was disappointed with the breakfast. Although they had an egg station they only made omelettes and for the first three days there was no-one is sight. We were not offered or asked if we would like eggs so I did complain. It would be good to have fried and boiled eggs offered. Overall the food was disappointing. The beach and pool staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Check-in was not good. No explanation of amenities, no offer of a drink on arrival. The concierge was brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble. The overall theme was brilliant. So relaxing and one could not help but feel terribly spoilt. The evening room service was not up to scratch. One evening they did not even bother to knock to see if they could change towels etcetera. We were out a lot of the time and only ever had one evening where they turned down the bed and put slippers out. However, I do understand that perhaps we did not use our room sign as we should have done. I absolutely love this hotel. It is wonderful and felt the kindness oozing out of every member of staff. Gold stars to everyone."
"We were looking for a place to stay near the wedding venue we were invited to. We ended up finding one of the most charming hotels in Sorrento with views over the Bay of Naples , with its own Beach access , spacious rooms and most friendly staff.
The breakfast was not special but the views on the terrace made up for the lack of the choices at the buffet.
We would definitely stay there again."
"Location is great , stuff are wonderful amenities are amazing. Nice rooms .. resort style pool and take the elevator you’re on the lovely turquoise beach"
"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The spa was relaxing and added to the overall experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended."
"The rooms were very clean and pretty large. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the pool every day. Nice location in Sorrento - a short walk to the main strip."
"Great hotel - the pool is so lovely, surrounded by trees and peaceful. Good breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I’m really glad we chose this hotel, we hadn’t heard much about it and were not sure what to expect but we would definitely book again and recommend. We liked that it was a quiet and a little out of the busy hustle of Sorrento whilst only being a 15 min walk from centre of Sorrento. Felt much more chilled because of that than many we passed on the street while exploring. Was good value compared to others too"
"My husband and I had a great stay at Grand Hotel Amina! The staff were so kind and helpful - Lauren was the best with her recommends and guidance!
Views were breathtaking and the shuttle was our key to getting around Sorrento and to the ferries. Highly recommend!"
"We LOVED our stay at Baia Di Puolo.
The Receptionist was really friendly and welcoming. She was extremely helpful with planning our travel logistics for a day visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum- I wished she could have come with us for the rest of our Italian holiday!
The setting is gorgeous- lovely to get away from the bustle of Sorrento. The sea was crystal clear and warm to swim in, with a beautiful black volcanic sandy beach, and right on the doorstep! We had really lovely evening meals in the restaurants on the beachfront. On the day we had to leave early for Pompeii the hotel provided 5 packed breakfasts for us to take with us as we were leaving too early to eat in the restaurant.
The hotel's shuttle service was great and a necessity if arriving by bus with heavy bags.
Our stay was just heaven, basically! Wish we could have stayed longer."
"Pros: The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with our questions. The breakfast made each day an easy start. Our room was nice and the AC seemed to work well.
Cons: Our first night was a weekend our room facing the piazza was quite loud. I believe because of the discotheque across the street. The week nights weren’t a problem. There isn’t much the hotel can do about this, but I’d want to be aware of we would book again."
