Our room was cleaned daily and was left in execellent condition for us. We bought our own water for the coffee make because after the one free small can od water in the room was gone every thing was considered extra by the hotel. Why put a coffee make in the room if you have to pay for the water. It was just annoying!! The breakfast was just ok, but they had lots of options. Our interaction with staff was generally good and they did their best to be helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with the 6 nights visiting family in Brazil. The hotel is spotless, beautiful decorated and the breakfast was totally amazing. Very friendly service. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the excellent service.

I had higher expectations for this place. Perhaps I was unlucky to get a room that was not super clean and definitely needs some maintenance. Small details like mold in the shower, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, torn sheets, my towels had a musty odor. I never got the TV to work except for Netflix. I had a king size bed with two small pillows. It looked odd and motel-like. Why can't a 4 star hotel have pillows for a king size bed? The property itself is nice and is in a safe and good location. There's a nice mall across the street, staff was nice and kind as well.

I needed to type up some work in the evening but the room was very gloomy due to poor lighting. I had to work in the main hotel lobby. Also there was a kettle and teabags in the room but no coffee. I asked for some but they do not provide coffee in the rooms which I could not understand given that I was in Brazil who are a major coffee producer!!!

Tudo foi muito bom no hotel, em particular o café da manhã, que foi excelente. O único ponto que, na minha opinião, realmente merece uma melhoria é o processo de check-in. Após uma viagem cansativa, levei quase 20 minutos para concluir a entrada. É um detalhe relativamente simples, mas que faria uma grande diferença na experiência do hóspede.
