"We had a little suite apartment for our room. Rather than a traditional hotel, this is a building with dedicated small apartments as the rooms. There wasn't a live front desk person, though there is a space dedicated for it. Before our arrival, we were contacted and given instructions on how to arrive at the location with a Google map link providing a recommended walking route, small video clips on how to open and close the windows and blinds, instructions on how to use the washer and the location of a nearby laundromat to dry (which was literally around the corner from our building). This information was very helpful, and the host was available via WhatsApp for communication.
The room had we needed: penty of room to store belongings, clean towels, clean bedding, the washing machine worked great, and plenty of counter space. One thing lacking was some space to store toiletries inside the shower. We had to place our shampoo and soap on the floor of the shower. Aside from that, everything else was perfect!"
