"stayed 1 night. It is what it is, a 3-star hotel in the middle of nowhere. It is actually NOT that close to the airport. A regular taxi can charge around 28 euros. Impossible to walk to the airport. Look out if you think is a convenient place due to proximity to Bilbao airport."

"The place served its purpose, but it is not new. Also, I was not notified they would not be there after a certain time. Everything was closed when I arrived and I was in a panick because I didnt have wifi. Luckily a hotel guest came out when I was trying to figure out what to do and he called the emergency number. I had to drive to another location to check in before driving back. It was quiet though, and had a nice view from my window (photo attached)"

"The staff were very helpful with arrangements for the shuttle and helping me navigate the local bus system. The property was clean and conveniently located near the airport."

"The room was clean but small. Suitable for a single night stay and close to the airport. All staff very friendly - especially the shuttle bus drivers. Great lobby with lounges, chairs, tv and refreshments. Don’t bother with the little restaurant beside the hotel - food and staff not great. Would recommend for a quick stay before flying."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

"The kitchen was well stocked with cutleries. Convenient laundry room in the basement with cashless operation. The room was of adequate size."
