"This hotel was very comfortable and super convenient to all parts of Bilbao. The Old Town was a short walk away, and the art museums including the Guggenheim were very close. I liked the size of the room and a certain cheeriness the hotel had."

"The staff was very warm and friendly and spoke good English. Without my asking, they gave me a little booklet on a special festival happening that weekend, and when and where the events were happening including fireworks. I did not have a chance to have breakfast there due to early plane flight, but they offered to prepare a breakfast early the next morning for me--which was thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, with good lighting for reading."

"The room was clean but was hoping for a coffee maker and refrigerator. But we were able to ask for ice for our drinks. No restaurant in the building but the Holiday Inn net door had one (we didn't use). TV remote was so basic- unable to get subtitles or even choose a station (had to use the up/down buttons). Very convenient to the airport."

"Friendly staff, liked our check in chocolate! Room was lovely and quiet after staying in quite a few noisy rooms on this trip! 20 min walk from the old town and close to public transport. Breakfast was great, lots of healthy options. Would definitely stay again!"

"El alojamiento ha sido fantástico. Cerca del aeropuerto a unos 12 minutos en coche y las instalaciones muy cómodas También dispone de una parada de autobuses que te conecta con el centro. El staff ha sido espectacular, sobre todo para los viajeros que llegamos después de las 23:00. Amabilidad, limpieza y connection. Realmente lo recomiendo!"
