"We stay at this hotel 1 or 2 times each year over the last 10 years. It's a great location to the airport and quiet. If it's hot the AC typically is not strong so we bring a portable fan to keep air moving. Also the electrical outlets are few and in odd places, like in the headboard between the 2 people in a king bed. All of our electronics had to sit between us overnight. Also this time, the bartender was quite slow and not very friendly. The front desk was very friendly. The roo. Typically a good valuewas clean and the water pressure bad."

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and perfect. The breakfast was good and had a large selection of foods both hot and cold. The Street Food Restaurant had very good food and the rooftop restaurant is a must do experience."

"The breakfast was good and the coffee was of great quality. It's abour 10 mins walk from the Saronno train station where we had to go every morning for our transfers in Milan. The triple room was convenient for me and my siblings but the cleanliness had more to be desired as it wasn't being vaccuumed everyday and was slightly dirty from the beginning."

"The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful! The area was kind of run down, but seemed safe."
