First off, we were not given the door entry code for arrival which caused us to wait outside until response from the owner. "We came in from Pittsburgh, PA for a huge event in the city that was well advertised. When checking in, the process was rather lengthy with multiple people waiting. The ‘incidental’ charges were different prices for everyone. The pool was not filled/operable. The fireplaces outside were also inoperable. "Had an excellent stay. Family of 3 had plenty of room and our own beds. Had great location and parking. Host checked in to make sure everything was going good with the stay or to address any issues. It was nice to have a kitchenette with dishes and breakfast included."

"Prior to booking my room I reached out to the host on serval separate instances to ensure I’d be able to check in upon my arrival from Georgia only to get in at 4:30am and be stuck without a room with children. There should have been some type of compensation considering it was the agents mix up."
