Incredible experience at Suzukiya Ryokan! Staff is incredible! They speak some English and you can communicate perfectly fine with all of them. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming! The hotel was very clean and well kept. We could even access our Netflix on the TV. What a bonus! The staff was top notch and incredibly helpful and courteous. They helped us out with reservations and also with our private driver. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located right next to the station making it so convenient. Our family had 4 rooms, we all enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again. This made our trip to Fukushima an excellent experience!

This was my best experience in Japan. The hotel is extremely well located in front of the train station and easy to spot.
They offer free coffee and curry rice sometime and the people working there is very very nice
