"This is a very basic hotel, but the rooms are clean and the air conditioner worked, which was fantastic in the heatwave! The staff are also lovely. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head for this night, it's perfectly suitable and very close to the train station."

"Our stay at Tenuta Montemagno was nothing short of exceptional. From its breathtaking hilltop setting to the beautiful pool with panoramic 360-degree views over the vineyards and countryside, every moment felt special. While I'm not a wine enthusiast, I can confidently say that the culinary experience was outstanding. Every meal was thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and expertly prepared, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. What truly made the experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether recommending restaurants, suggesting local activities, or assisting with reservations, they always went above and beyond with a smile. We traveled as a family with our 11-year-old son, and one of the things we appreciated most was how welcoming the property felt. Despite its elegance and luxury, it never felt stuffy or pretentious. Our son felt comfortable and included, which made the experience even more enjoyable for all of us. By the end of our stay, it genuinely felt less like a hotel and more like being welcomed into an extended family. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation."

"Hello, I have to say it was an amazing experience for me and my family staying at the hotel villa conte riccardi from manager to the last member of staff which they were brilliant individuals. The service was first class and you never felt alone there since they kept you in a good mood by being there for you at all times. We definitely going back there and at the same time we highly recommend that place. 10/10"

"The room was clean & spacious - they warn there are many insects about Inc mosquitos but guiding a beetle out the front door was a 😱 I also recommend sitting on the lobby terrace in the afternoon; cooler in the shade & great views with a decent espresso! Staying for the Jazz:Refound festival in Cella Monte a few miles away......... you'll need the taxis they can organise or you'll be stuck unless you have your own car!! Do look around the Terruggia itself.......not much to it really but the hotel recommended a nearby restauran, Il Melograno, for my friend with specific dietary requirements and the place was fantastic for local food & wine e.g. olive oil from within a few miles 🤗"
