"The room was beautiful, we even slept on the pull out bed which was brand new! It still had the plastic on the mattress. The kitchen was perfect as well as the bathroom. Towards the night we went for a swim in the pool which was a really nice area, really clean pool / pool area."

"Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed. Pool towels were never stocked. Had to ask for everything. Gone the whole day and room still wasn’t cleaned. Breakfast...
