"We loved our experience here. The resort was newly renovated, rooms were modern and well maintained. Enjoyed the buffet, really enjoyed the Mexican food (tamales, plantain, etc. ) and LOVED the make-your-own chievche bar (so fresh). The bartenders at the Le Fleur/Steakhouse were incredible (such high quality personalized cocktails and an unexpected show) these bartenders really made it a one of kind experience. The riviara hotel part is still under construction but it didn't effect our experience much. Really appreciated the hotel trams that drove you directly to your hotel rooms from the lobby or beach. The beach was a little eroded and a bit seaweedy but we still had a great time lounging by the beach. 100% would be excited to go back. "

"The resort is super clean and very family oriented! Our kids loved the kids club and water park. The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly. However, It's unfortunate what has happened to their beach and all the seaweed present. We did not like the view of the large sand blocks in the water, it's hard to avoid seeing sitting on the beach. We do wish that there were shows at night white there wasn't anything to do after dinner other than walk around or go back to the room. "
