"I woke up at 4:00 a.m. to use the washroom. When I pulled the blanket back to get back in bed and go to sleep again, I found a bedbug crawling away. I squished it and about a dime size spot of MY blood was left on the sheet. I was so disgusted and freaked out at the idea of bringing bedbugs into my own home I couldn’t sleep anymore. It was a horrible night! My bag and clothes are still in my garage. When I told the front desk attendant about the problem, she apologized. She said: when you come back,…I assured her I would never be back."

Pilar herself was amazing with communication and it was clear how sincerely she cares. I can’t recommend this place high enough. Perfect for families or women traveling alone."
