"New property, much cleaner than expected for the location. Location is near to The Temple. Unprofessional staff, though we had prior booking, they told us they do not have a room!!! But managed to give one at the end. There was a birthday program in the parking area so cars has to be parked outside on the road. "The property was not the same which I booked. It was full when I reached there. On time, they arranged another property which was in a narrow residential street. I had deliberately booked it looking at its location. Also they don't seem to attend much expedia bookings, they are used to MMT."
