A charmingly decorated country house, beautifully situated on the edge of the Soest sand drifts and equipped with all modern conveniences, including a private sauna on the dune hill. This property is available for rent for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 21 nights.<br><br>Ground Floor:<br>The living room features two seating areas, a spacious sunroom, a wine cooler, and a Bluetooth radio. One seating area is furnished with Chesterfield sofas and features a fireplace. The second seating area features a 55-inch LED TV, reading material, and board and card games.<br>The sunroom overlooks the wooded hills and features two large dining tables where your entire group (12 people) can sit. This space also features a bookshelf filled with reading material and board and card games.<br>The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, and kitchenware for 8 people. The dining area next to the kitchen features a dining table for 8 people. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, ironing board, iron, sports equipment, and a toy box. There is also a restroom with a sink on the first floor.<br>The spacious garden features a lounge sofa, a patio set for 8 people, and a Grill Guru BBQ.<br><br>First Floor:<br>The first floor has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, and 2 sinks.<br>Bedroom layout: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (140 cm wide), and 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds.<br>The sauna barrel, offering spectacular views of the dunes, is located directly across from the house. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and sauna infusions are all ready and waiting for you! <br><br>'t Jagershuys has ample parking for up to 5 cars.<br><br>This spacious dune villa is perfect for a larger family or group of friends looking for a cozy and comfortable stay in a unique location. To ensure clarity, we would like to draw your attention to the following house rules: <br><br>-All accommodations are strictly non-smoking. The use of deep fryers without properly functioning odor filters is also prohibited. If we find that an open deep fryer has been used or that smoking has occurred in your room, an additional €250.00 will be charged for the cleaning of the curtains and furniture in your accommodation. <br>-It is prohibited to dispose of sanitary pads, frying oil, and other fats down the drain due to the use of sewage pressure pumps. If this is discovered, the tenant will be held responsible for the cleaning costs. <br>-Moving beds and cabinets is only permitted in consultation with and with the assistance of our staff to prevent unnecessary damage.<br>-It is not permitted to install satellite dishes on or near the accommodations.<br>-Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.<br>-It is prohibited to attach nails, thumbtacks, tape, glue, or similar items to the walls or furniture. <br>-Open consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Walking around the park with a bottle of alcoholic beverage will not be tolerated. If we find guests outside their bungalow in an intoxicated state, we reserve the right to remove that person from the park. Drugs are prohibited throughout the entire park. <br>-We are a fireworks-free park. Open fires and fireworks are prohibited both on and off the park grounds.
