The modern holiday house Söding offers space for 5 (+2 on the comfortable living room couch / pull-out double bed) adults and 2 children (crib, high chair; stair gate available) and has a beautiful garden of 965 m2 with arbor, pool, sandpit, seesaw, games and grill.
The very well-equipped modern kitchen, the play corner, the living room and the dining area are located on the ground floor of the 110 m2 house. There is also a bathroom with shower, wall-hung toilet and washer-dryer. An internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house, where there is a table football table. Furthermore, there are the two bedrooms and an anteroom. SZ1 has a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a cot. SZ2 has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a wide single bed (120x200 cm).

Haus Söding - fabelhafter ferienwohnung

Familienurlaub, so wie man es sich vorstellt!
Das Wichtigste gleich vorweg: die Bilder und die Informationen zum Ferienhaus halten das, was sie versprechen. Die Gastgeber mit ihrer sehr wertschätzenden Art und Weise und guten Betreuung schaffen es, dass man sich als Gäste sehr gut aufgehoben fühlt. Hierfür einen riesen herzlichen Dank. Wir haben die gegebene Privatsphäre im Ferienhaus, den großen Garten, der Pool besonders für unsere zwei Jungs und die Sehenswürdigkeiten (super Tipps vom Gastgeber) in der Steiermark sehr genossen.

Wir hatten unseren 1. Urlaub als kleine Familie. Das Haus ist toll und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. In kurzer Zeit erreicht man viele verschiedene Ausflugsziele.

Herrliche Familienzeit!
Urlaub von Anfang an, unsere Kinder wurden richtig verwöhnt und haben den Garten mit Pool und das großzügige Wohn/Esszimmer sehr genossen (mit viel bereitgestelltem Spielzeug). Die Gastgeber waren stets zur Stelle (Tipps für den Urlaub, Ausflugsziele, Restaurants etc) und sollte doch etwas fehlen: SMS und die Wünsche werden erfüllt :-). Das Haus ist leicht erreichbar und hat eine angenehme Parkmöglichkeit in freundlicher Nachbarschaft - sehr ruhige Lage. Ausstattung im Haus top (wie aufgeführt). Einzig ein zusätzlicher Kasten für Kleidung im Eltern Schlafzimmer wäre noch ideal.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sehr ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Nähe zu Graz und die nahe gelegene Autobahnanbindung sind weitere Pluspunkte. Die Vermieter waren stets um unser Wohl bemüht und waren für Fragen jeglicher Art rund um die Uhr zu erreichen. Lediglich mit dem Bett im großen Schlafzimmer konnten wir uns nicht so recht anfreunden.
