"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel areas were generally clean overall. The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring and sightseeing. The tram was also super easy to work out if planning to travel a bit further for different attractions. The tram stop is called Plac Bema and depending on where you wanted to go, would determine which stop (side of the road) you would use. Combining the internet with the screens on each stop was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay here, in Wroclaw and explored a lot in just three days. "

"Phenomenal stay. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Our room was gorgeous and the amenities top notch. The location couldn’t have been better. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful treat as well, with lots of options to accommodate food allergies in our party. Will definitely stay here in the future."
