"Firstly, no AC. No elevator to the 3rd floor.
Hotel located on an extremely steep hill. This made walking to the hotel very difficult for seniors. I mean like 30degree incline. Maybe 45.
Room was wonderful although we had to use a fan to keep cool. Spacious with kitchen and a partition to close off the bedroom area. King bed and fold out couch. Toilet bowl was small.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Also there was a washer and dryer downstairs on the ground level.

"Our stay was great! Host was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change dates. The property is nicely updated with a fabulous location on the river and seating areas by the water! Any issues we had were because I didn't read the description well. The room was hot, but the weather was unexpected. The hot plate made it hotter when trying to cook. It is in the description no A/C, so on me. The tv had issues but you aren't really there for that anyway! A very comfortable, affordable...

"We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!"
