"Everything was really nice. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great both mornings. Spa and pool we basically had to ourselves for the most part and it was nice and clean. The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating and I'm in good shape and good health and usually not bothered by a hotel bed. Also the shower pressure was very faint and the shower head was so high up that it felt like just getting sprinkled. Other than faint shower and hard bed, everything was really nice. "

"The refrigerator in the room was not working and had food left in it from previous guests. There was hair on the bed, so the sheets were obviously not fresh. Notifed the staff, who offered us to change to a different room. The room we switched to also had food in the refrigerator, dirty sheets and large areas of paint peeling inside the bathroom. Since we still had keys to the previous room, I took the food over to the first room and left it in the refrigerator with the other garbage/food. Not happy with the experience. "

"The front desk people were very nice and checkin was quick. The room was datedwith the main desk/ dressor time was badly scatched, the towel racks were pulling away from the wall. The bathtub was in need of a good cleaning. The bed was comfortable and the small fridge worked well. The pool was not in service and had no water in it. Breakfast was ok but the waffle maker should be replaced with one that can be turned so you do not need to lift the lid in order to manually flip the waffle and risk being burned. "

"The property was good, the problem was the "upgraded" room. I picked it because it said deluxe (not because it advertised a hot tub). What the pictures didn't show was that the tub is in the main room. Really strange to have the tub next to the bed. Other problem was the tub caused a sink in the room... to much moisture. I suspect the regular room would have been a lot better. Breakfast was good. "
