"Good location but the room itself sucked! Very loud, heater in the room made horrible noise couldn’t even use it. Hand soap was out, nothing in the bottle."

"Front desk staff were rude and cold. Mention to them housekeeping did not come by, I was told I had to request for them to come, was never told that when I checked in. They failed to mention that they were going to charge extra fees at the end of checkout. I got engaged on this trip and the hotel just ruined the experience of it for me. Staff is not very welcoming. "

"The spot is terrific. Apartment is great for three. The inside garage is awesome. It is right next to the ski lift so it truly is a ski in ski out location. "

"The room was not as described in the advert. The room was meant to have one king and two single beds for our children. Instead, the room had two doubles. The room also had no view whatsoever as it looked out at a wall. Really disappointing and nothing like the advert. Nobody seemed to want to assist or take responsibility. "
