"Super clean, bright and spacious. Excellent location next to the ocean/harbor, with ev charger plus a gas station with most affordable fast food on the penninsula. I would highly recommend especially for families. Only note would be if you are looking for more of a backpacker vibe, there is a better option nearby. This one is great on all other counts - just not as much social communal vibe."

"Prices in Iceland are high. This was comparable. Nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable room. Liked the kitchenette. Plates and settings. Microwave and refrigerator. Pictures did not represent the room. Nicer! Restaurant was very good! Family enjoyed the food- prices again are high in Iceland but well thought out ingredients and taste. Comparable pricing. Big drink selection. Caution. No elevator. 3 flights of stairs."

"It was a lovely place! If you are looking for an Iceland experience in the summer, this quaint guesthouse is nestled in the mountains surrounded by horses and sheep. We loved that there was breakfast included. We only stayed for a night to break up our road trip and it was great. About 30 min to the glacier park and an hour to Stykkishólmur. "This place was fantastic. This was the best breakfast that was included of any of the hotels in our 10 days in Iceland. The staff was so accommodating and flexible. I made a mistake and booked the room as a solo room despite traveling with my wife and they easily and happily resolved the issue. There is some really interesting and fun artwork hanging around the main area. The room was perfect. We had an excellent stay!"
