"Lovely, spacious, well-equipped cottage in a beautiful location, convenient for exploring north west Norfolk. The only possible down sides could be the steep stairs to the accommodation and that bathrooms are not on the bedroom floor which may be a night time problem for some."

That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. So I was left with no accommodation, wasted time, unnecessary stress, and then had to fight to get back the money I should never have...

"Once you get used to not being a host and you have worked out the codes for all the doors it works ok. I understand the location but really could do with its own parking, luckily the road outside was under roadworks so I parked at the front."

In the end, we did not use the swimming pool and went to the beach instead. Guests need to be aware that no bedding sheets or towels are provided so you need to remember to take your own (the host said that you can also hire these from the resort...

There did seem to be a slight overload of rules and reminders, but we did have a really lovely time, and the location was ideal for trips out to the north Norfolk coast."
