"Fire alarm went off when showering in evening and we couldn’t turn it off. Had to remove batteries. It was just after 10 so the office was closed. Comfortable beds. Beautiful location. It would have been nice to have a couch or comforter chair as well as the six dining chairs the apartment came with."

I made a mistake and booked the room as a solo room despite traveling with my wife and they easily and happily resolved the issue. "We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the rain shower amazing, the food (both dinner and breaks fast) was excellent, and maybe best of all, the black out shade was so top notch that we woke up and didn’t know what day it was. I have only wonderful things to say and would absolutely come stay again!"

"No WiFi despite advertising it in the description. Technically, they provide a WiFi signal, but it disconnected constantly (it was at one bar of strength) and unusable. The room itself was clean and well-organized. I did like that overall, but I strongly dislike advertising amenities that don't exist, or are provided at a bare-minimum, unusable level. "The property was exceptionally clean and fresh! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great views and easy to walk to attractions and services."

"The property surroundings were beautiful and picturesque! My kids enjoyed the play structures/trampoline and exploring the hills behind the property. It also served as a great location for exploring the peninsula. We were all disappointed that the advertised hot tub was broken - it would have been nice to have been warned as such or compensated in some way as this was an amenity we were all looking forward to."

Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "
