"This place was fantastic. This was the best breakfast that was included of any of the hotels in our 10 days in Iceland. The staff was so accommodating and flexible. I made a mistake and booked the room as a solo room despite traveling with my wife and they easily and happily resolved the issue. There is some really interesting and fun artwork hanging around the main area. The room was perfect. We had an excellent stay!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the rain shower amazing, the food (both dinner and breaks fast) was excellent, and maybe best of all, the black out shade was so top notch that we woke up and didn’t know what day it was. I have only wonderful things to say and would absolutely come stay again!"

"No WiFi despite advertising it in the description. Technically, they provide a WiFi signal, but it disconnected constantly (it was at one bar of strength) and unusable. The room itself was clean and well-organized. I did like that overall, but I strongly dislike advertising amenities that don't exist, or are provided at a bare-minimum, unusable level. A dedicated router needs to be nearby, or one in each cabin. I was in cottage #1."

"This apartment is clean and functional. However, a few things to be aware of:- - the view and location is not ideal - whilst it has a "sea view", it is actually partly a harbour view, and partly looking at a harbour wall and tonnes of aggregate in bags. It's much more industrial than the pictures would have you think. The location is also in a street with derelict buildings, and isn't on the side of town with the mountain in the background. "The property was exceptionally clean and fresh! The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great views and easy to walk to attractions and services."

"The property surroundings were beautiful and picturesque! My kids enjoyed the play structures/trampoline and exploring the hills behind the property. It also served as a great location for exploring the peninsula. We were all disappointed that the advertised hot tub was broken - it would have been nice to have been warned as such or compensated in some way as this was an amenity we were all looking forward to."

"The outside of the building looks terrible. Abandonbed. I thought my husband was joking when he said that was it. But the inside was completely redone and surprisingly modern and clean. Communication was terrible, but thank goodness the couple who cleans was there and they were a huge help, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get our access code. "
