"The manager was training a male employee when we checked in. He was extremely helpful and courteous. She was very rude to him in front of us. If I were him I would have quit on the spot. The pool area was discussing. We were going to sit by the pool but there was soooo much algae and mildew on the concrete and chairs we were u able to sit. We will not go back there."

"Great location, safety features - doors locked after sundown you must use your key to enter property and use elevator. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite very well maintained and comfortable."

"The property was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bartenders were great as well as the staff at the restaurant. The food was good and the chicken wings were my fave. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Alpharetta. In a quiet spot but still close enough to the Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta."

"Overall, it was a great experience for the price. A nice clean room, a nice bed. Quiet. Not a lot of parking, but I got a good spot. I did get up at 5:45 AM. But again, clean safe nice easily accessible. Great deal for the price."

Finding out at check-in that we had to pay to park...$16...wasn't welcoming, especially when the parking lot only had or 7 cars parked there the entire time we were there. Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel."

"Overall the hotel amenities were okay…. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant food, was not very good and overpriced. The best part of dining there was the friendly staff and the music being played. Inside the room was clean. But, there was a strong smell. At first, I thought it was coming from the pipes, I recognize that it was probably coming from the refrigerator and microwave area. Also, I noticed there were black cotton light materials landing in the tub and on the sink surface. I imagine it was...
