"Great location! The hotel room was efficient and spotlessly clean. However, the espresso/coffee maker had no instructions, operated poorly and overflowed a small demitasse cup due to a large cup not fitting under the spout. One of three elevators stopped working the second day into our 4 day stay which created long queue lines during breakfast and checkout time. There was a good assortment of continental breakfast items but the hot items were lukewarm and the multi-function espresso/coffee machine had long lines and frequent malfunctions."

"We stayed for 6 nights and was very impressed withe the way the hotel looked on the outside and in the lobby area. Our check-in experience was great! After that I was disappointed with the view from our room...you could see people from other room so no privacy if you want to keep the curtains open...very weird layout of the hotel. Cleanliness - 5 out of 10. Fridge, drawers and windows were not clean at all. The wall in the bathroom was dirty from a spilling beverage...and so on. Not impressed. Another thing was that when we would come back to the room all the lights were on and the air conditioner set up to a different temperature then what we left it. It felt like someone was in our room. We brought it up to the manager. He told us that he checked and no one came into our room. Still it felt like they were very dismissive. I would suggest some improvements...like the fridges that they used to be minibars (but not anymore) be change with regular fridges without all the sensors and wires. "
