"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff were top notch. We had a bite to eat in the Garden Room and James was running himself ragged trying to serve everyone and accommodate everyone’s needs. Another waitress was also so friendly and helpful. We felt safe and well cared for during our entire stay."

"room was clean and nicely decorated. The room was a little tight for 2 people with 4 suitcases. Bathroom was pretty tight for 2 people. Location of the hotel was good--we were 10 minute walk from the historic city center. There was also a Tesco next door so that was a nice perk. The staff on check ..."

"I recommend checking the exact images of the actual room. We got a flat with no proper windows for a very high price. It’s adjacent to a pub that plays music until 1am. The road behind the bedroom has traffic until late. The flat was ok otherwise, new and clean."
