"Great location- great room; rude staff, v poor communication (took 2 months to reply) v hot rooms with no ac and tiny fan, disruptive building work going on, no daily housekeeping service - we expected far more."

"The folks there are so helpful And friendly, the room is on the small side but comfy and our room had a little terrace to sit out on in the evening. The breakfast is very nice and the hotel is so close to the train/bus station and in the old town with many shops and restaurants."
