I asked for the bedding to be changed and explained the reason why, the response and look which I got from the person at the desk was as if I shouldn't have mentioned it."

"The hotel is small but clean and lovely. It is near the center of the city. There is no restaurant but there is an excellent breakfast. I stayed here several years ago and it was not by accident that I returned. The staff is helpful and it is generally a very comfortable place."

"Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The photos were not reflective of the space. My room had a sewage smell in the bathroom and shower and my colleagues room was quite dirty including hair on the bed. We are certainly disappointed since the reviews were good on the app. It’s a great location and nice breakfast so if you aren’t worried about room quality/cleanliness it’s ok"
