"Staff all very helpful. Good breakfast lots of choices. EV charger played up this was a little bit stressful but it was resolved with a few phone calls. not the hotels fault."

"Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable. Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service."

"I was very impressed by the standard and size of the room - very good value for money. I was a bit cold overnight even with the heater on as the windows seem quite draughty but other than that it was very good. Rooms are well equipped with everything you’d expect. There was a notice saying no housekeeping unless requested so I was a bit surprised that someone had been in to my room and tidied up during the day. Good that breakfast is now available. There was a fairly basic choice of items on the buffet but the cooked breakfast was good and again all very good value for money."

"We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again."
